Returns 

We will provide a full refund for the item in case you are not satisfied with the product. Please read the following points regarding the refund:

  • If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size, or colour, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 10 days of receipt. Currently, we do not exchange any items. In case you wish to change the item, you bought, you will need to place a return request for the same following the process listed below. After that, you can re-order the style you want.

  • You can initiate the returns by logging into your Brand Account. Raising the return request

  1. Go to My orders

  2. Click on ‘Return’ against the item you wish to return.

  3. Specify the account to which you would like the refund amount to be credited.

  4. Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.

  5. You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.

  6. Reverse pick-up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if a reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. A maximum amount of Rs.500 would be reimbursed.

Refunds

  • The amount will be refunded post product pick up and quality check by our team. The amount will be refunded either in the source account or brand credits, as per your preferred choice.

  • For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).

  • Please note that limited-period offers which run for a specific period or product-specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.

  • Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Terms and conditions for Returns

  • Brand will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.

  • Refund will be issued only after the quality check is done.

  • A prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 2-5 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.

  • You can return either the complete order or some items from the same order.

  • In case you are shipping the product by yourself please pack the products properly and paste/write the address: UN ORIGINS, 190 Zone-1, MP Nagar Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, 462011. Please mention the return Id on the packet.

  • Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing it over to courier partners.

  • Please use separate packets for items from separate orders

Cancellation

If you have changed your mind regarding the purchase, you can cancel it in a few easy steps.

You can request to cancel your order provided the product has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Follow the simple steps below to cancel the order:

  1. Log in to ‘My account’ -> My order-> Cancel order

  2. Once the cancellation has been processed, the money will be refunded to the same account used to make the payment, within 2 to 5 business days.

Terms and Conditions

  • If you have multiple items in your order, you cannot cancel a single product. All items will be canceled.
