I got an email/sms saying the product has been delivered, but I haven’t received any delivery. What should I do?

Sometimes, the delivery partner hands over the order to the neighbor or the entry security guard of your society in case you’re not available. Please check if the delivery is made to them. In case it is not, please drop us a mail and we’ll investigate the issue with our logistics partner.

I have a missing product in the Shipment received/ Received a tampered packaging shipment. What should I do?

In the unlikely event you find tampered packaging or a missing product in your shipment, please click pictures of the packaging and share them with us over the mail. We’ll arrange a pick-up with our logistics partner and will help you with regard to it.
